Our veteran staff has over 100 years of experience in title insurance, and we are underwritten by four of the largest title insurers in the country. We care about helping our neighbors, getting them to the finish line, and making sure everyone is satisfied with the closing process. We guarantee complete satisfaction with our service, or we'll refund the closing fee.
We provide residential and commercial title insurance, public records search services, underwriting, lien clearance, and we handle the signing and recording of documents for real property transactions in all 88 Ohio counties. We work with commercial and residential realtors, lenders, attorneys, developers, and builders.
We also provide the ability for our clients to craft marketing materials including postcards, flyers, listing packets, and more.
We have branch office locations with an additional 16 closing locations inside Heartland Bank offices around Central Ohio to ensure a convenient closing location. In addition to serving all 88 Ohio counties, we're also available nationwide through our national portal.
